✨ I’ve been a little MIA lately! ✨

We are moving to a bigger space here in the valley and I am so excited for this change. There's lots to love in our new place, including a bigger kitchen with more storage space four jams, jellies, and more!

I had really hoped to get some Valentine’s jellies out this year, but between living out of boxes and surviving on not enough sleep 😴 😂 it just didn’t happen.

As soon as I’m settled and back in production mode, I’ll update you all with what’s coming next!

Fresh batch just finished! (Aka “Strawberry Just-Add-Shortcake.”)

Took a little longer than planned thanks to a teething baby and limited hands-free time, but it was worth the wait.

Perfect on pancakes, PB&J, toast, waffles, and especially cheesecake.

Christmas just about cleared out my stock! 🎄
Even the my batches of Peach Jalapeño Jam and Cranberry Cider Jelly didn’t last long enough to make it onto this page.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and that getting back into a routine is going a little smoother for you than it is for me 😂

Next up will be a Strawberry Vanilla restock, and then I’ll be trying something new to keep things fun and exciting for me.

I just finished a batch of Salted Caramel Pear Butter made with locally grown pears, and it is chef’s kiss.

I’ve been racing against the clock to preserve the season. Apples and pears have been everywhere! 🍐🍎 I’m so grateful to have shelves full of homemade applesauce and pear halves for my family. More jam coming soon… just as soon as I make it through the last of this fall fruit!

My friend snapped this picture of my Strawberry Just-Add-Shortcake on cheesecake with whipped cream, and honestly… doesn’t it look decadent? 😍 This flavor is still available and it’s amazing on desserts, toast, or straight off the spoon.

🍑 Peach-- made with fresh Garland-grown peaches. Bright and fruity, delicious on pancakes, waffles, crepes, or stirred into yogurt or oatmeal.

Canning brings me so much joy.

There’s something about the flow of it. The right balance of science and creativity. Working with fresh fruit, cutting up some to share with my kiddos, the prep, cooking, filling jars, processing, and even washing and labeling. Every step is satisfying.

Our Peach Jam is here again! This time made with juicy peaches grown fresh right out in Garland.

I’ve been busy working on some big orders and decided to make a little extra so I had more to share. This jam has a nice thick texture and a fresh peach flavor that's irresistible.

As always, I use only safe and tested recipes so every jar is something I feel good about sharing with you and your family. 🧡
