A little personal update from me... ❤️
Today, I can finally say we're about 95% moved from our bakery into our new warehouse location.
And to be honest, this move has been one of the hardest things I've ever done.
Most people see boxes being packed, equipment being moved, and a business changing locations. What they don't see are the emotions that come with it. The stress. The exhaustion. The uncertainty. The countless moments of wondering if you're making the right decision.
This location wasn't just a bakery.
It was the last place I had the privilege of working alongside my mom before she passed away.
Every corner of this building holds memories of her. Conversations we'll never have again. Laughs we'll never hear again. Lessons she taught me. Moments that seemed ordinary at the time but have become some of my most treasured memories.
So while this move is exciting, it's also incredibly emotional. In many ways, I'm not just packing up a bakery. I'm saying goodbye to a chapter of my life that I will always hold close to my heart.
There have been days during this process where I felt completely overwhelmed. Days where my faith has been tested. Days where I questioned whether I could handle everything on my plate. But through it all, God keeps reminding me that sometimes He calls us to step into the unknown because He has something greater waiting on the other side.
Growth isn't always comfortable.
Sometimes growth looks like letting go of something you love so that something even bigger can be built.
And that's where we are right now.
We're almost there.
The warehouse is coming together, and while there is still work to do, I can finally see the finish line. What once felt impossible is starting to look like a dream becoming reality.
And here's the exciting part...
This move isn't just about a new location.
It's also the beginning of a complete rebrand and a new chapter for our business. We've been working behind the scenes on some exciting changes that better reflect who we are, where we've been, and where we're headed. I can't share all the details just yet, but trust me when I say that this next chapter is something I've been dreaming about for a very long time.
To everyone who has supported us through the years, whether you've ordered a cake, hired our food truck, stopped in for a treat, shared our posts, prayed for us, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines. Thank you.
You have helped carry us through some of the hardest and most rewarding moments of this journey.
This chapter may be coming to an end, but the story is far from over.
