We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible team member to join us at Irish Eyes Tea Co. in Lititz!

This position will include working at both our Tea Room and our retail shop, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

What we’re looking for:

* Dependable and punctual
* Friendly and comfortable working with customers
* Able to work at both Irish Eyes locations
* Flexible availability, including some weekends
* Willing to learn and be part of a small, hardworking team
* Retail, food service, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required

Irish Eyes Tea Co. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated person to join our team in Lititz!

We’re a small, locally owned business, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

The position may include:

* Helping customers in our retail tea shop
* Assisting with service at our tea room
* Preparing and serving tea and food
* Restocking, cleaning, and keeping things organized
* Helping with special events and busy weekends

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Reliable and punctual
* Friendly and comfortable working with customers
* Able to work independently
* Willing to learn
* Flexible with scheduling
* Available for some weekend hours

Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.

One year ago, we took a leap of faith and began a new chapter with Irish Eyes Tea Co. What started with equal parts excitement, nerves, and hard work has grown into something truly special.

Over the past year, we’ve shared countless cups of tea, conversations, celebrations, and quiet moments with this incredible community. To every customer who walked through our doors, supported local, shared a post, brought a friend, or simply made us part of your day — thank you.

This first year came with long hours, challenges, learning curves, and a lot of growth. But it also brought unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the people who continue to support us.
