New bbq sauce coming soon to the line up. It’s an Orange Habanero bbq sauce and also one without the Habanero in it. Will be testing it out at work tomorrow night. I think this one will be great on chicken and maybe anything pork. We will post again if it’s a hit and we will make a big batch of it to sell.

Ok everyone we will be in Roca at the Roca Tavern tomorrow 10/12/24 from 5-9pm or till food runs out. So if you are hungry tomorrow evening come gets some good bbq. We are serving ribs and brisket also will have burgers available as well. See you then.😃

Thank you Dunbar for having us down to serve you great bbq the past two days. We had a great time as we served. Also I hope all the volunteer firefighters enjoyed their meal we left for them. Hope to come back soon. Thank you
