Dear customers,
I have missed making cheesecakes for you. However working full-time teaching and another part time job on top of that I have decided to step away from the cheesecake business for now. It may not be forever, but with the lack of kitchen space available and time. I can’t in good conscious take on the business during the school year without taking away time from my family. Please know my family is first priority and I value my time with them. I am hoping to lock down a temporary kitchen for next summer to hopefully make an appearance at the farmers market. I will keep you all updated on further developments. I love you all and I thank you for the support and understanding you have shown me.

Hi Everyone so the school year has started up and I still don’t have a commercial kitchen. Right now I still have feelers out there for a kitchen but need to focus on teaching. I hope to find a kitchen soon that will be willing to work with my full time schedule. Please know that my family comes first when making decisions.
