We’re so excited to take a little break in the middle of this busy season and get some rest. One of our favorite things to do when we travel is trying different BBQ spots. If you ever find yourself in Branson, Missouri, you absolutely have to stop by Pop’s Smoke Shack. The BBQ there is fantastic, and the people are even better. It’s definitely a must-visit place. We already can’t wait to go back!

RedLinc BBQ is incredibly excited to announce our expansion into 728 S 27th Street, the longtime home of M&N Sandwich Shop — a true Lincoln staple that so many in this community knew and loved.
M&N was more than just a sandwich shop. It was a neighborhood favorite, a familiar stop, and a place that holds a lot of memories for Lincoln. We’re honored to step into a space with that kind of history and meaning.
As RedLinc BBQ grows into retail space and expands our catering services, we’re excited to bring new energy to a location that has meant so much to so many. We can’t wait to welcome you in, serve up the BBQ you love, and continue the tradition of great food being shared in a place that already has a special place in Lincoln’s heart.
This is a big step for us, and we’re grateful to be part of the next chapter of such an iconic location. Stay tuned for opening updates, menu details, and more big things coming soon.
