🤎 And just a little reminder from our farmhouse kitchen...

When you place an order with us, we're purchasing ingredients, preparing food, packaging meals, and setting aside time specifically for your family. When an order goes unclaimed, that's a pretty big financial hit for a small business like ours.

We absolutely understand that life happens! Plans change, emergencies come up, and sometimes things just don't go as expected. We will always do our best to be understanding and work with you.

But there's a big difference between something coming up and simply not communicating. A quick message goes a long way, and we genuinely appreciate that consideration.

We're not a big restaurant with food sitting around waiting to be sold. Every meal is made because someone ordered it, and every unclaimed order represents real time, money, and ingredients.

🍂 Fall in East Tennessee might still feel like summer at 85°, but we're bringing out the pumpkin anyway! 😂

Our No-Bake Pumpkin Cookie Pie is the perfect fall dessert when the weather hasn't quite gotten the memo! 🎃

Just a little reminder that you don't have to wait for something to be on our weekly menu to order it!

🤎 We take custom pie and cake orders anytime! Whether you're headed to a family dinner, church gathering, celebrating something special, or just want something homemade without having to make it yourself, we'd love to help!

Just send us a message with what you're looking for and when you need it, and we'll see what we can whip up!

🍽️ No weekly meals this week, but the Pilot Hill kitchen is still busy! 🤎

Did you know we also offer custom catering?

Last week we had the privilege of catering a church dinner, and this week we’re getting ready for a wedding rehearsal dinner! From church gatherings and family celebrations to showers, rehearsal dinners and more, we’d love to help take some of the work off your plate. 😉

And especially as holiday gatherings start kicking off, now is a great time to get your date on our schedule! 🦃🎄 Family get-togethers, church dinners, work parties, Christmas celebrations—we can customize your catering based on your event, number of guests and what you’re looking for.

📸 A little peek at what’s been coming out of the Pilot Hill kitchen this week — cheesy garlic bread served alongside baked spaghetti. 😍

Even on the weeks you don’t see our regular meal pickup, there’s usually still something cooking around here!

🍽️ A Little Pilot Hill Update 🤎

There will be no weekly meal pickup this week!

This meal program has grown into an even bigger blessing than we anticipated, and we are so thankful for every order, share, message, and person who continues to support us!

We’re taking this week away from the regular meal pickup to work on some of the behind-the-scenes things that come with growing—planning, organizing, getting ahead, and making sure we can continue serving you well.

We’re also preparing for the holiday season! 🦃🎄 We’ll be working on our holiday catering menus for family gatherings, parties, church events, work celebrations, and more. We’re excited to share those with you soon!

🍰 And while we’re planning—tell us what desserts you want to see next! Drop your favorites in the comments. We’re already working on upcoming menus and would love to know what you’re craving!

Thank you for continuing to support Pilot Hill Mercantile and this new chapter for our family. We appreciate y’all more than you know! 🤎
