I will always have my Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Snickerdoodles cookies at events, but im curious, which would you rather see more of, cookies like these or more mini cakes like those?

When I was a kid I loved those Good Humor Strawberry Crunch ice cream bars.
I decided I needed to turn that flavor into a cake! I started with my favorite white almond cake, layered it with vanilla buttercream, and added a strawberry crunch filling (plus more strawberry crunch on top). The flavor was everything I hoped it would be—sweet, creamy, crunchy, and so nostalgic!
The only challenge was keeping the strawberry crunch filling exactly where I wanted it. But that's part of recipe testing, and I already have an idea for how make it better next time.

We've got to talk about this s'mores cake I made. Although it looks basic on the outside, it is anything but! Three layers of my signature chocolate cake; in between, 3 layers each chocolate ganache, graham cracker, and my newest creation of marshmallow buttercream icing. This cake is so good!!! Now available upon request.

If I made one to sell by the slice who wants in?

I had an order for a German Chocolate cake today.

Every year we always have a barbecue at our house so I decided to also make a cake for that. Just playing around with a few ideas and made a Smores Cake for it. I should have probably put some chocolate ganache and graham cracker crumbs on top, but I was afraid that would be a bit too much since there's three layers of that on the inside of it 😂😂😂

Which do you prefer German Chocolate or Smores??

These rich, double chocolate cookies are soft, fudgy, and almost brownie like.
Each one is topped with my homemade Kinder Bueno buttercream and finished with a Kinder Bueno Mini for the perfect finishing touch.
I made these special for my son's girlfriend. I hope she likes them, Happy Birthday!!! 🎂 🥳
