Good morning y’all. Oh how I have missed saying good morning in hopes to brighten your day at least a little bit.
Plans were… be in the shop posting stuff for sale every day last week. As a believer in God’s sovereignty and timing I can now sit back and say that was a bad plan. Instead I ended up having emergency surgery (I am healing and will be just fine however I have some extreme restrictions placed on me till January) and had to spend the week at home. Due to the cold and how I am still having a hard time regulating my body temps correctly, I won’t be leaving the door of my house today. However, I do plan to start back at it tomorrow. Some of y’all have said “if you need any help……” and so here I am requesting to take advantage of those offers. I will not be able to lift any more than 15lbs and cannot do fast turning or heavy movements like sweeping and mopping and such. While I was hoping to be able to do this on my own I am choosing to see this as a reminder from God just how much this tiny shop was a true community place and not just a place for me to offer to y’all. Currently I do not have any set hours I will be expected to be there. If I know I have help coming I will make sure to be there during that time. If not I will go and come as my body lets me.
