We are open but almost completely sold out already! If you are thinking you want brisket you better get down here soon. We only have a couple of pounds left! We are sold out of ribs and only have a couple sandwiches left worth of pulled pork and 4 bakers.

2 racks left, it’s 630 and we are closing in 30 minutes. Who wants to be the owners of some yummy yummy ribs! We have a little bit of brisket left as well and 2 bakers left. If you don’t want to cook because it’s so blasted hot, let me take care of it for you!

Update: 5 racks and only 6 loaded bakers left! We are running low on pulled pork also so hurry over 😊

We will be in the Ace parking lot today until 7. You guys have almost completely sold us out again so if we are making you dinner tonight come see us quick! We are sold out of ribs and baked potatoes today though.

Good afternoon everyone! We are in Libby today and tomorrow and will be in Troy on Saturday for a final time until we can find somewhere new to park.
We made 12 potatoes today and I only have 5 left so come get them before they’re gone! We are almost sold out of brisket completely but I have pulled pork and our jalapeño pepper jack smoked sausages as well. Come try some of our nachos or get a plate with some sides. We have something for everyone ❤️

Have you tried our new Loaded baked potatoes? We only have 5 today so come get them before they’re gone! We are in Libby parked at Ace today until we sell out and it’s been happening quick.
Don’t make dinner today, let us take care of it. We have brisket and pulled pork today and we can make either into a huge plate of our loaded nachos, make it a sandwich, or get it with a side of coleslaw, beans, or our delicious street corn 🥰
