A little fresh-milled flour experiment turned into two delicious loaves this morning! 🍞

They’re not quite bakery-beautiful (new recipe problems 😂), and they’re a bit smaller than my standard loaves, but they are SO soft and make amazing sandwich bread.

Because of the size, I’m offering them for $7 each instead of my usual $9.

One year of Twice Nourished 🤍

It feels so fitting that today marks ONE YEAR of this little business while I’m taking the week off to spend time with family — because both of those things are exactly why I started.

A year ago, I had no idea how much joy this business would bring me. What started as simply wanting to cook homemade meals for others has turned into something so much bigger. Your support, orders, messages, and encouragement over the last year have meant more than you know.

Thank you for allowing me into your homes, around your dinner tables, and into your busy weeks. Thank you for supporting this twin mom’s dream and helping Twice Nourished grow into something I’m so proud of 🤍

I don’t know that I’d necessarily call myself a chef… just someone who really loves feeding people 🤍

This little business has been such a fun, unexpected joy for me. A lot of my recipes start with inspiration from things I’ve seen or tried, but this sweet potato burger bowl is one that really came together on my own—and it’s become one of my favorites.

It’s also one of the most time-consuming meals I make… lots of prep, lots of steps—but I keep it on the menu because you all love it so much. And that honestly makes it worth it every time.

There’s something really special about creating something and watching other people enjoy it in their homes. That part never gets old 🫶🏼
