hello.
the restaurant closed 11/15/2025.
we will not be reopening the restaurant for day to day service.
the snack shop space is now used for event rental, catering pickups and pop ups, but we do not have regular service any longer.

more updates are posted on instagram for things going on in the shop. snack drops, supper club passwords and the like are usually sold out before word makes it to facebook.

we appreciate the love. we’re still here. just a lot different. tomato pies coming sooner than later.

We’re back…. Kind of?

Saturdays in April - celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the little pop up from Lexington that crossed the country and then some.

Menu will be posted in stories early tomorrow - but this week is stuffed roti, mango fluff and kottu for sure. Mushroom toast is a solid 75% chance.

No. We aren’t reopening. At least not the way we were. BUT - if these Saturday mornings are busy enough to prove Chef wrong on the odds of survival of unique, good food in Lexington, Saturday service will become a thing while we navigate our new life as a production kitchen. If not, snack drops are it.

Pop in and see us. No reservations. First come first serve. Limited seating and no more back dining room (follow The Snackeasy on instagram for updates on that!)
