Affectionately named after our oldest and greatest friends Michael and Elmerie and their kids Olivia and Vanessa who we miss so much since leaving NY.

Arborio rice mixed with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella and stuffed with a creamy glob of ricotta, then tossed in Italian seasoned Bread crumbs, cooked and then deep fried until the outside makes a crunch with every single bite, On top of our home made tomato sauce.
