Hi Teppan Customers,
As you may already know, Teppan started as a food truck serving Japanese street food. Everyone enjoys festival food and eating outside when the weather is like it is today.
The Teppan Kitchen started to serve bento.
Bento is a single-portion, home-packed or take-out meal originating from Japan, typically containing rice, meat or fish, and colorful vegetables arranged neatly in a boxed container. Bento is a big part of our culture. Pack it and take it to school, work, picnics, hiking, and trips. That's how much we eat bento.
We have been serving bento since we opened. Time to add new items! Chicken Nanban with house-made tartar sauce, Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Salmon, and Yakiniku. Surely you will find something you like! Also, we have major delivery services: please find us on Grubhub, DoorDash, and soon Uber Eats as well.

もうすでにご存じの方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、てっぱんはキッチンカーで屋台飯を売ることから始まりました。コロナ禍で外で食べる屋台飯を地元の方々に支えていただき昨年７月てっぱんキッチンをオープンすることができました。キッチンはお弁当を中心に営業しています。私たちの文化に深く根付いている弁当文化をアメリカで暮らす方にも気軽にお召し上がりいただければと思ってます。オーダーをいただいてから作成しますので、少しお待たせしてしまいますが、アツアツのごはんに勝るものはないと思ってます。オンラインのオーダーも受け付けていますのでどうぞご利用ください。
１０月よりチキン南蛮（もちろんタルタル付き）、てりやきチキン、焼き鮭、焼肉弁当が新メニューとして増えました。
