HONEY!! Man are we excited to drop this new Costa Rican honey process for yall! A honey process is one of our absolute favorite coffees to roast because it brings sooo much flavor and smells awesome while roasting. This coffee is full of fruity notes and a sugary chocolaty punch at the end. Bright acidity and a lighter body, makes for an awesome cup ☕️!! Will be ready to ship and on the bean wall at Brews and Mews Cat Cafe Wednesday!!

Today we are tapping Out of Your Element Coffee Kolsch. This batch is a little different because we used local beans from Brazilian Dark Roast Beans. To celebrate Dudeism, tonight we are also serving “a hell of a Caucasian Jackie” or for those undude, White Russians.

We are beyond pumped to be offering an Ethiopian coffee! Some people have been asking for it and now it’s gonna happen! This G4 natural process has some awesome fruity notes with hints of floral hidden in there as well! Little lower on the acidity but a full bodied cup of coffee! Should have it bagged and ready to go by the weekend!
