A quick Sunday Supper update! 🇫🇷

After making a production test of this week's Beef Bourguignon, I decided to make one small improvement.

Instead of serving it over mashed potatoes, your Beef Bourguignon will feature tender Yukon Gold potatoes slow-braised right in the rich Burgundy sauce alongside the beef, carrots, mushrooms, pearl onions, and bacon.

Why the change? Because these meals are designed to be reheated at home. Cooking the potatoes right in the stew keeps the flavors together and creates a heartier, more rustic French country dish that reheats beautifully. It's not like the Irish Cottage Pie as this is a stew and the mashed potatoes absorbed the gravy too much.... And we all want that gravy!!

I think you'll enjoy this version even more, and I'm always looking for ways to make your Sunday Supper experience the best it can be.

This week's feature is our Tuscan Chicken Parmesan Bake. Tender chopped chicken breast, penne pasta, spinach, asparagus tips, and sun-dried tomatoes tossed in a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce and topped with mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Each order is prepared in a 2 lb oven and air-fryer ready baking dish and comfortably feeds two people.
