TABLE TALK with The Personal Gourmet
Grilling season is amongst us so what better time than now to start building a collection of spice rubs and marinades. One of my favorite all-purpose marinades is my Balsamic, Rosemary and Garlic Marinade. This marinade can be used to enhance the flavor of pork, chicken and vegetables. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Balsamic, Rosemary and Garlic Marinade
2 cups of canola oil
1 ΒΌ cup of balsamic vinegar
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary stripped from the stems and rough chopped
2T fresh minced garlic
1T brown sugar
1T Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well. Add the marinade to your choice of meat or vegetables and let marinate 8 to 24 hours. Drain the marinade and season with kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper. Add the marinated product to your warm barbeque grill or oven.
