I have some news. Roasted Coconut will stop daily operation at Lester Farms Sept 26th. We would love for you to support us thru these next two weeks. It would mean the world to us. As well as at Oktoberfest and Main St Market in Mt. Juliet on October 3.
Set your calendar for Main St Market Fall Festival in Mt. Juliet on October 3rd AND OKTOBERFEST at Wilson Bank & Trust Oct. 19 & 20 for one last taste of Roasted Coconut after we leave Lester Farms. I wanted to end the way I started with the truck at Oktoberfest supported by a company that cares so deeply for its banking customers, & business partners. They have gone above and beyond to support this small business and dream of mine.
For those who are curious. I wanted to do this on my own time and waited and supported the entire team thru the transition and the last of my dear team members has found a new professional home. I’ve spent the last year evaluating what I wanted moving forward. It became obvious where I am in life and where I want to go were no longer aligned.
I’m excited for the change. It’s time. I’m tired. I said if I could do this for 5 years I would count it a success. I’m ready to have some personal time back and experience a new professional adventure. With over 15+ years experience in the business development, marketing, hospitality and events space I’m looking forward to what’s ahead.
The biggest reason Roasted Coconut made it this far is because of all of my AMAZING customers, regulars and past and current employees. Thank you for always supporting us.
