Sometimes you have to stop and remember where you started.

A plain white food truck. A little idea. A whole lot of uncertainty. No fancy setup, no guarantees, just the belief that maybe this could become something.
And then, little by little, that blank canvas became a business, a dream, a livelihood, and a chapter filled with people, memories, challenges, and accomplishments.
It’s easy to focus on where you’re going and forget to appreciate how far you’ve already come.

Never be ashamed of the humble beginnings.

That plain white food truck was the starting line. Everything that came after it was built from there.

Sometimes the most important thing you can do is look back, not to stay there, but to remind yourself what you’re capable of.

As we end our wonderful week of food trucking we reflect on how truly amazing this business has been to us over the years.

You all have been amazing followers, always hunting us down and showing up at our window week in and week out!

We wanted to make a HUGE shout out of appreciation to our loyal customers, new faces, and anyone who has shown us support through social media🫶🏻

Thank you all for making this work worth doing and giving us a reason why. We see you all, and we recognize your patronage!❤️
