We’re bringing our handmade, in-house pasta home with you. Made fresh at Prusik and ready for you to cook whenever the craving hits.

Choose from Tagliatelle, Campanelle, Rigatoni, Gemelli, and even our Gluten-Free Tagliatelle.

Keep it in the fridge for up to 10 days, or pop it in the freezer for later.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes transforming our restaurant into a casual, pasta-focused concept built around what we love most: handmade pasta.

Prusik is changing.

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided that August 23 will be the final service for Prusik as you know it today.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us and especially for the team that has put so much into this restaurant.

Over the last few years, we’ve also learned a lot about what we love doing and what we want this restaurant to be.

So we’re simplifying things.

Prusik will close briefly for updates and reopen with a new approach - a casual pasta-focused restaurant built around a small menu of handmade pastas, antipasti, salads, focaccia and a case full of tiramisu, cheesecake and other desserts.

The pasta machine pictured here is getting ready for its new home at Prusik, where we’ll be making our pasta in-house daily.

Order at the counter. Grab a cocktail, glass of w**e or b**r from the bar. Find a table. Eat some really good pasta.

Simple.
