I thought my vendor season was at a close then my buddy Corinne from Sacks Second Avenue - Le Mars Iowa asked for one more! And I can’t resist getting the chance to hang out with her AND feed people! It’s kinda the best thing ever! So Nov 7 she and I are doing the Orange City Holiday Shopping Expo!
I’ve gotten a start today with restocking carrots and Brussels sprouts prepped and ready to pickle or dehydrate.
Come join us since we are done with Le Mars Farmers Market for 2026!!!

Just wanted to post a heads up! I will be a part of the Harvest Shopping Expo at the Plymouth County Fairgrounds Saturday (10.3.26) from 9a-2p!
The one and only Corinne from Sacks Second Avenue - Le Mars Iowa will be attending with me!!

UPDATE: I will NOT be at the Le Mars Farmers Market today due to the rain. I was hoping to get out and see you all but I don’t want anyone out in this wet.
I will be at the Harvest Shopping Expo at the Plymouth county fairgrounds Oct 3! I would love to see you all there!!

I will work out delivery/pickup with those who asked for specific products.
I would LOVE to get my products to anyone who didnt already order! Message me!!!

SPICY pickled daikon and carrots
Pickled Beets
Bread and Butter pickles
Dill pickle chips and minis
Pickled mushrooms
Pickled Brussels sprouts
Pickled red onions
Pickled (not spicy) carrots and daikon radish
Rainbow bean dry soup mix-large and small sizes
Bird noodle dry soup mix-large and small sizes
Chicken tortilla dry soup mix-large and small sizes.
I also can make any of my dehydrated veggie chips, fruit snacks, or fruit leathers!

I plan to be at the Le Mars Farmers Market tomorrow! HOWEVER if it’s really stormy, I will stay home. Gotta see what I can stand tomorrow! So check fb for update tomorrow!
On a positive note, I am bringing back my frog’s eyes (pickled Brussels sprouts) and adding Daikon Dynamite pickles and The Crimson Root pickles.
The first is a spicy Asian inspired pickle of daikon radish and carrots. A favorite of the wonderful , Sandy Puterbaugh with duckies roadside cafe 2!
The last pickle is pickled beets! They smell like Christmas and have a wonderful warm flavor!
Don’t forget the 3 soup mixes available too! Rainbow bean soup, Bird noodle soup, and new Chicken Tortilla Soup!
