A Message from Thirty’s to Our Valued Customers
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your incredible patience and understanding, especially during busy times like last Friday. We truly appreciate your support as we navigate challenges, learn, and continuously strive to improve your experience with us.
To ensure the best possible service for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with a few important points:
Seating Etiquette: When you see a sign requesting you to wait to be seated by a hostess, please understand there are specific reasons for this. Our hostesses are responsible for assigning tables to ensure you receive prompt service from your dedicated waitress. Seating yourselves can inadvertently cause delays in service and can be unfair to other patrons who are patiently waiting. Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.
Bar Service & LCB Regulations: We strictly adhere to all LCB (Liquor Control Board) regulations. This means our bartenders are legally obligated to ensure alcohol is served only to individuals of legal drinking age (21+). Ordering multiple drinks at the bar for your table can complicate this process and is not something we are able to accommodate. We also want to remind everyone that it is illegal for a parent to permit a child under 21 to consume alcohol. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these important laws.
Our Commitment to Freshness: At Thirty’s, we pride ourselves on being a non-chain restaurant dedicated to providing fresh, hand-prepared meals using the best possible ingredients. We are not a fast-food establishment, and our commitment to quality means everything is made with care, often from scratch. We also strive to accommodate specific dietary needs without cross-contamination, taking this responsibility very seriously.
We sincerely apologize if you’ve ever found a specific menu item sold out. This occasionally happens because our dishes are prepared fresh daily, not brought in as pre-packaged, heat-and-eat items. When we have a fantastic, busy night, our freshly prepped ingredients might run out, but it’s all part of our dedication to serving you the highest quality food.
