When you get this type of compliment from a bride….. Thank you Mindy and Cat. It was purely a magnificent day and we can’t thank you enough for choosing us to cater your wedding day. Down to the personal crème brûlée.
I chose to meet with Thirty’s Catering/Mylee based on recommendations from our venue-planner Annette at Cavallo Fields. I KNEW I had to have Mylee cater my micro-wedding after our first meeting. Mylee met with us, and served us samples of delicious food, while we collaborated on a menu. Mylee had great ideas and worked with us to design a fantastic menu meeting ALL of our guests dietary needs. She promised our guests “would be full to bursting”, leave beyond satisfied, and our guests would leave the reception still raving about the catering. She was right!
Mylee/Thirty’s provides the absolute BEST, all home-made food for any gathering. Whatever your order is, this company exceeds expectations in quality, service, and presentation. Thirty’s cuts no corners in quality and service, no matter the size of event. Mylee treated me/my wife as if we were her own family. During our pre-wedding meeting with Mylee a week out, we walked through her kitchens and into the Thirty’s dinning room. We saw the kitchen staff working to break down BUNDLES of fresh herbs and these huge cuts of meat; the smell was *amazing*. During that final meeting, Mylee shared that the kitchen was working on *our* brunch sausages. All of those fresh herbs, meat, etc was for *OUR* day. That is just how Mylee/Thirty’s runs their kitchen. I spied out their pantry while waiting (sorry Mylee!). EVERY stocked kitchen item is high-quality, Hienz ketchup, all of the premium/name-brands and local ingredients. Zero corners cut.
If you want a high-quality caterer with that is caring, provides that personal touch like family, or just want AMAZING food, go with Thirty’s Catering. Ask for Mylee, and whatever party/catering event you’re planning will get that special touch, and food so good all your guests will be talking about it months later (like mine did 💜).
