Koji is the head chef at Sushi Takashi. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the fish market and restaurant industry in Japan. He has deep knowledge when it comes to handling fish. He came to Las Vegas 2 years ago to challenge himself in the U.S.
Eto is a well experienced sushi chef from Japan who has been working in the Sushi industry for more than 30 years. He has been in Las Vegas for 15 years and worked at several Sushi restaurant.
