The Culinary Intern will play a vital role tracking trends & working in the kitchen, testing recipes & assisting our Culinary Director. This is an opportunity to see a company built from the ground up & will be an exciting and fast-paced environment where initiative & enthusiasm is necessary!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the culinary industry, contagiously positive & has a friendly attitude, efficient & has a strong work ethic, inquisitive & understands that you have to ask questions in order to learn, driven by fresh perspectives & entrepreneurial spirit, able to think outside the box & solve problems, an expert communicator who can adapt accordingly, detail-oriented & extremely organized, and a self-starter who can take direction but work independently.
You should have at least 1 year prior experience in a professional kitchen, knowledge of the service & product offering and access to your own laptop.
You should be available Monday and Tuesday as well as either Friday or Saturday
This is a tipped unpaid internship, with the opportunity to become a paid position at the end of the journey. Family Meal is always provided.
Position consists of,
β’ Responsible for supporting all culinary food production related activities in the kitchen
Work with the chef on developing new and innovative products and processes for our menu.*
Support all company extracurricular events and activities(Customer luncheons, Special Events, and Food & Wine Tastings).
* Hands on participation in menu presentations and development.
* Must be motivated, organized and possess good communication and presentation skills
* Must be flexible in their PM schedule
* Ability to work 10-25 hours per week including weekends and commit to a 2-month program.
Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to present dishes on our social media platform.
β’ Knowledge, Skills and Experience** A Culinary degree or Culinary Prep High School is preferred.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a hard working individual to fulfill Busser AND Dishwasher shifts.
The right person will be highly motivated, energetic, a team player, and a people person.
You will need to,
- At least 16 years old.
-Able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.
-Versatility and promptness are highly valued
-Must have a positive, upbeat disposition
-Able to carry 50+ lbs
-Communication skills to effectively execute job duties
-Versatile worker to help where needed in BOH operations

Busser Duties:
-sweeping and uphold cleanliness standards
-cleaning tables efficiently/effectively for the next turn of guests at that table
-running sidework (ice, waters, food running, etc)

Dishwasher Duties:
-Organization and cleanliness of the dishwasher station
-Dishwasher will seldom aid in kitchen preparation and appetizers for dining guests

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.
