So much fun July 24th
Our daughter's planned a nice day to come there, so unorganized and JAMMED PACKED. Can u say COVID! NO moving room what so ever and were still adding table's. We LEFT! NOT worth the hassle.
Super Bowl Watch Party This was such a horrible experience all together and everyone in the future needs to be made aware before wanting to pick Senor Frogs in Las Vegas - 1. It was advertised as $149 ticket- We were charged an outrageous amount for Live Entertainment and Gratuity on top of that... The server did not have to take our food order or serve that disgusting school lunch looking food advertised as a buffet. - Food was left sitting there for hours.. She served drinks- A gratuity is acceptable for drinks but not on the sub total amount for the cost of the ticket. There was also NO LIVE Entertainment - We watched a free televised program... We paid close to $360 solely on taxes and gratuity alone on 7 tickets. Expect to pay $200/ticket NEXT Year if prices remain the same 2. We had to wait in over an hour line just to get into the place. 3. When we finally got to the front, the hostess didn’t even have our party listed on their sheets... I had to show them our purchases/ payment receipts 4. Then, we were seated upstairs in the back- where you could barely see the small TV that was mounted to the bar or the big projector screen because that is where the servers and other people who wanted drinks stood to put in their order, not to mention we had a spot light beaming on us the ENTIRE GAME and the sound was horrible- barely could understand... sounded more like mumbling 5. There were not "premium" drinks included, every drink we asked for the server said it wasn't included - "ONLY WELLS" That was not what was advertised & We couldn’t even get a MILLER LIGHT - it was a “PREMIUM” 6. Our server even left before the game was over- so guess we had to get our own drinks from that point on.. We prepaid on the gratuity anyway! 7. As soon as the game was over everybody had to leave upstairs to clear out, nothing after the game .. WORST EXPERIENCE IN VEGAS even people from our group left to find a better place to watch the game... we will be passing this along
terrible service ignorant management and stupid security..I will never to there again..FU
Went to Senor Frogs Las Vegas last week (11-26 to 11-28-2018). They have girls coming around to your table requesting donations. This is a SCAM. Don't be a sucker like me. #Scam
Food was horrible and way over priced will never eat there again!! $14 for a small margarita in a plastic cup what a joke!! Steak nachos had no steak and cheese burger was dry as the desert!! 😡
First time eating at this joint, where I've been wanting to for a couple years already!
Señor frogs ♥️
Best waitress ever! Hope she is working when we come back in September!
Senor Frogs was packed on Saturday. We really enjoyed the menu after a hard week of working. We were still working. We took out business meeting to Senor Frogs after talks in the Fashion Show Mall across the bridge. Excellent customer service.
glad we did not have to pay full price. we had a dinning card so we got 25 dollars of a 50 dollar purchase. that was the only thing good about out visit. we were seated after waiting 15 minutes to a restaurant that was not even a quarter of the way full. it seemed like we were seated right next to took another 15 minutes to be greeted by our waitress and probably about that long til we got our drinks. then had to wait forever to place our order for food. my wife ordered cheese burger that was under cooked. with as long as we waited just to get food on our table she chose to eat what she could. I ordered a chicken burrito it would be really nice if you told people what is in the rice. corn, peas and green beans in rice... seriously. I was over halfway done when I noticed the corn.I have diverticulosis and all 3 of those I cannot eat. I have been in pain since our visit and that was on Thursday. very disappointed with food and service. we will not return
