Please share this is about L&L Drive In in Captain Cook. Driving to Konawaena from HOVE, I called in my order around Ho'okena at 6:14am. Arrived at 6:25 but no one was there. I called out and a man came up front. He asked to take my order which I had called in. He then told me "one minute" and that his brother had taken the order. The entire time his brother was in the bathroom smoking cigarettes. THE GROSS PART IS HE TOOK THE TELEPHONE TO THE BATHROOM AND WAS TAKING ORDERS ON THE TOILET. And then NOT placing the orders, including mine. So sickening... So from 6:14am to 6:38am this A$$hole was smoking in the bathroom. HOW DO YOU STERILIZE A PHONE? Do they even wash their hands? SO DISGUSTING. I wanted everyone to know this. FYI: I complained to L&L Corporate but after 48 hours NO REPLY.
