This day, 25 years ago, remains as one of the most vivid memories of my life. I remember the moment we heard about the first plane, watching the second plane hit, calling my husband, and both of us heading home to have the family together, not knowing what may be happening.

It was an emotionally draining day, watching the horrific events unfold.

It still is.

Take time today to remember those who were lost, their families, and all those who worked tirelessly to save as many as possible.

We were honored again this morning, serving a light "green themed" lunch for a Working Women Of Tampa Bay event. Broccoli Salad, Spinach wraps with a Spinach and Artichoke spread, and regular wraps with an Herbed Chicken Salad. A couple of flavors of Special Thymes Popcorn & More Special popcorn were a special treat!

It's Strawberry Season in Florida, and today is National Strawberry Day! At Special Thymes, we are all about this time of year, from Chocolate Covered Strawberries to Stuffed Strawberries to Chocolate Covered Strawberry candied popcorn. It's all good!
