We removed old carpet & VCT, then installed a grind & seal system in the cafeteria with water based epoxy + urethane top coat.

In the bathrooms, we put down urethane cement with a 6” cove base for maximum durability.

Just wrapped up a stunning garage transformation!
We gave this 2 car garage a high end terrazzo look without the high end price. Using a custom built system with a water based epoxy base coat, a polyaspartic grout layer, and a UV-stable high wear urethane topcoat, we created a durable, low maintenance floor that can handle anything a garage throws at it.
