As you may have already heard, I’m leaving my position as partner and chef at Smokey Hill in order to pursue new adventures. I want to thank all of our loyal customers who have followed me on this journey. My lifelong dream was to open a restaurant and I finally achieved it thanks to all of you.

This decision wasn’t an easy one- it took a lot of contemplation, thought, and many sleepless nights. I am so excited to announce my next adventure. I think you’ll be just as excited as I am.

For now, please follow along while I share recipes, try out different restaurants, and share cooking tips and tricks with all of you.
