In this industry, I think we all know what the budget is.

We keep checking the vision board to see how much of it we can swing and stay within the boujét.

If you want to know how much it cost to have us be a part of the day, comment BUDGET and I’ll send over an instant quote.

This year taught me more than any year before it.

I started the year with a solid plan, one that wouldn’t even survive February, but my business ended up more honest for it.

I don’t usually share everything here. This year I started sharing more than I expected to, and it turned out to be the thing that got me through.

What year are you having?

The girl in that photo had no idea a dessert cart was coming.

Even the version of me three years ago wouldn’t believe where we are now.

I get so caught up trying to get everything right that I forget to look back and see it. This is exactly the life I always wanted, it just looks a little different than I thought it would back then.

Every bag labeled by hand. Every sandwich assembled by hand. Every cookie mixed, scooped, baked — by hand.

There were so many days in the beginning where I stood in my kitchen thinking “this is stupid, just go get a job working for someone else.” I said it more times than I want to admit.

But you can’t build something real by staying safe. Dolly said it best; if you stay out of the game for fear of losing, there’s no way you’re gonna win.

So I kept my hands busy instead of my head full of fear. Built the cart. Built the business. One bag, one sandwich, one cookie at a time.

Glad I never talked myself out of it.

Wedding season is our favorite. 🤍

The custom packaging, the beautiful venues, the first bite reactions, and getting to watch all the sweet moments happen throughout the night.

We never get tired of rolling up to our favorite venues and celebrating with amazing couples season after season. 🍪🍦✨

Last night we had the sweetest time celebrating McKenzie + Tyler at White & Sable 🤍

For their wedding, they chose our Party Pack option and used their own cooler to match their wedding aesthetic. We simply delivered everything frozen, provided dry ice to keep the treats perfectly chilled throughout the evening, and guests helped themselves whenever they were ready for something sweet.

To make it even more personal, each ice cream sandwich featured a custom label created just for their day.

Not every event needs a full cart setup. Our Party Packs are perfect for couples who want a special dessert experience for their guests while keeping things simple, seamless, and budget-friendly.

✨ Delivered frozen
✨ Dry ice included
✨ Custom labels available
✨ Guests serve themselves

Rollin’ up with the good stuff—even when the cart stays home.

Strawberry lemonade and mango orange. 🍓🥭

Real organic fruit. Local honey. That’s it. No flavor packets, no juice, no shortcuts.

When you taste it, you taste exactly what went into it. That’s the whole point.

Making things from scratch has always just been my thing. There's something about it that just hits different. 🍪

And everyone knows there are no calories in homemade.

That's Cookie Cruiser. A recipe I'm proud of, ice cream from , popsicles made with real fruit — and me showing up to every event to make sure it all comes together. 🚲
