Tomorrow, May 14th, we are teaming up with our friends, Soda Pop's Old Fashion Ice Cream Parlor at The Yard for a massive community hang with a purpose. We’re hosting the local Scouts, and the "cool factor" is going to be off the charts.

Here’s the game plan:

The Food 🌯 We’re serving up that authentic Tijuana soul you love from noon to 8 PM.

The Treats🍦Grab a taco from us, then head over to Soda Pops for the best ice cream in town.

The Games⛳️ We’ve got Putt-Putt golf, Co****le, and plenty of space to just socialize and soak up the mountain air.

The Mission 💪 Both La Palapa and Soda Pops are giving back 10% to the Troop.

We are officially wrapping up what has been, without a doubt, our best week at the window yet. From the massive lunch launch at Bryson City Outdoors to our usual nights at Soda Pop's Old Fashion Ice Cream Parlor down at The Yard, the support from this community has been so incredibly meaningful to us. Bryson City, you officially cleared us out! 🫔🙌

We have some good news and some "we need a minute" news! After yesterday’s lunch launch at Bryson City Outdoors, you guys officially sold us out of basically everything. We are so incredibly grateful for the love—but it means we’ve spent the night and some of this morning back in the kitchen restocking, prepping, and perfecting the goods to make sure we’re ready for the next couple days.

TO COMPENSATE:
We will be opening slightly later today at our usual spot, Soda Pop's Old Fashion Ice Cream Parlor @ The Yard, to make sure everything is fresh and ready for you!

1️⃣ TONIGHT: Cinco de Mayo at Soda Pop's Old Fashion Ice Cream Parlor The Yard (5-8 PM)
The tamale steamer is already going! Come snag our 3 for $5 Tamale Special, dressed to the nines in our house-crafted smoky tamale sauce and topped with our chipotle sour cream, crisp lettuce, and fresh pico de gallo! Grab a cold beer next door at Soda Pop’s and celebrate with us!
