Good morning, everyone. I just wanted to give a quick update. I unfortunately was in the hospital last week with pneumonia, and I am still recovering. Because I am the only cook I do not know when I will be able to open again. Pneumonia is not something you can rush - I don't have the best immune system, and this is the 5th time I have come down with this horrible condition.
I have put so much time and energy into trying to bring something different to Lake Charles, and words can't describe how much I hate not being able to be open right now. I just ask that you hang in there with me and keep me in your prayers.
