It’s been a while since we have posted but this is an event that is near and dear to us. Many of you know my sister Shantell and have followed her incredible journey through my posts the last 4ish years. In the last year her fiance was diagnosed with cancer a second time. The news was devastating. He did beat the cancer a second time but it meant he couldn’t work as he was very sick during treatment for months and then had to go through another treatment while being hospitalized for a month. It’s going to take him a while to build up his immune system and feel well again. Shantell is working hard but it is a financially stressful time for them. So many people have come together to put on an amazing event. KRZ will be there to put on a live concert, there will be live music, corn hole tornamebt, AMAZING baskets have come in from all over. Dinner will be homemade from the meatballs and the sauce made by some Carbondale area catering favorites, to the desserts made by Gibney’s very own Aunt Sandy!
