For the last 4 weeks the doors have been open as a skeletal crew at Bon Chef worked tirelessly to create multiple Health and Safety Options while we battle and as we return from Shelter in Place, Post COVID 19.
We are proud to present our Dining Partitions, which have been built, tested, photographed, placed on carpets, floors; rolled over door-stops - by human beings! - all ensured that this will work in your space! These are not renderings, these are built in good ole New Jersey!
Massive thanks to our partners and customers for your input, loyalty, friendship.
Stay safe and healthy, and remember all of us at are here to continue supporting you as we muddle through this new chapter in Food Service.

We have an easy sheet for custom sizing or standard units.
Our lead time is 48 hours from PO , unless significantly customized or larger quantities.

My pantry leans heavily toward dried beans, rice and spices, so today’s lunch features all three with chana masala from ! Her recipe is a little more involved than others I’ve tried, but that effort is more than offset by the flavor. I could eat this every single day, and probably will, at least until the leftovers run out. Maybe I’ll try my hand at GF naan tomorrow, but don’t hold your breath.

Quarantine Blues? Try this delicious chicken soup recipe! Bonus flavor if using our cucina!

6 carrots peeled and cut in half
6 parsnip peeled and cut in half
Celery - 8-10 stalks. Trimmed - cut in half.
2 turnips - peeled and cut in quarters
3 potatoes - peeled and cut in quarters
A bunch of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Garlic - optional
Chicken- dark meat, or half chicken. (With skin, try not to use the breast - need some fat!)

Put all the ingredients into your Bon Chef stockpot. Cover with water. Add the parsley last. Low boil for 4 hours.

In a separate pot boil some of your favorite noodles.

Serve with love!
