Bottega isn't for everyone. And we've made our peace with that ❤️ It's for the ones who notice the color of the walls before the menu. Who linger over the details and catch the things you only spot on your third visit 🤫

Like the vent cover straight out of Die Hard or The beaver from The Naked Gun keeping a watchful eye on your table. And every single plant in the room has a name. Ask your server, they'll introduce you. It's for people who like dinner with a bit of personality. A little theatrical. A little unexpected. Never in a hurry.

Let's have fun!

I was at a cute farm stand the other day and these were for sale. I don't remember what kind of plant it is but, the lady assured me it was easy to take care of.... so I bought 2. I didn't need 2. I didn't even need one.

I potted them and got their poles to grow on.

So... WHO WANTS TO HAVE MY PLANTS TWIN???

4TH person to come in after 4:30 (when I get there) and say "plant twin" to our hostess gets the twin plus a little chalkboard to write it's name on. (All of my plants are named... yeah, I'm that lady). We we can give them twinning names or, I'll name mine after you and you name yours after me. Hahahahaha.

Anyway.... happy hour is 3- 5!

Our phones are back up and something beautiful is taking shape at Bottega ✨

Arriving all the way from Italy, our new glass chandeliers were thoughtfully chosen by Marie, inspired by the Italian glass fruit that has already become part of Bottega’s character.
Each chandelier features a fruit grown here in Washington State - a small but meaningful connection between the beauty of Italy and the place we call home. By Thursday, they’ll be fully installed and illuminated, adding another layer of warmth, color, and story to the room. Come see them for yourself. We’d love to have you at our table 🥂
