10 years ago, CevicheStop started with a dream, a small food stand, and a whole lot of passion. 🇵🇪❤️
We are proud to say that we were the FIRST Peruvian food stand in Los Angeles — bringing our culture, our flavors, and our ceviche to the streets of LA before we ever knew how far this journey would take us.
What started as a small stand became a food truck, then a brick-and-mortar restaurant, and today, CevicheStop has grown into a brand with many projects and an even bigger vision for the future.
It wasn’t always easy. There were sacrifices, long days, setbacks, lessons, and countless hours of hard work. But through every chapter, one thing never changed: our passion for representing Peru and sharing our food with the world.
To everyone who bought a ceviche from that little stand, followed the food truck, visited our restaurant, supported our events, and continues to believe in CevicheStop — THANK YOU. You are part of this story. 🙏🏼
