Stock & Barrel Our goal in creating this restaurant is to design a quality burger location that is driven by the local community. We don't accept reservations.

A place for our customers to feel at home whether it is for business, a first date or a place for family and friends to come together. Our restaurant implements a farm-to-table concept where we work with farms and businesses around the Knoxville area to promote local economic sustainability within the community. We provide a casual environment and warm, knowledgeable service for you to enjoy our unique interpretation of gourmet craft burgers. We will offer a full bar with an emphasis on the finest bourbons mixed with house-made ingredients in modern variations of classic cocktails. Sorry for any inconvenience.

đŸ„ƒThis is how we’re kidnapping your husbands.

Step one: bourbon.
Step two: another bourbon.
Step three: your husband says “I’m just having one.”

You know how this ends.

🍊She’s back for football season.

The Volly Parton Burger has officially returned, because you all are addicted.

Named after Knoxville’s favorite country legend, this burger is stacked with:
Beef Patty
Pimento Cheese
Bacon
Crispy Onion
Pickles
Serrano Chili Crisp
BBQ

And with the Vols back at Neyland this weekend, we cannot think of a better burger for the occasion.

🏈Come get the Volly Parton before kickoff.
