after being diagnosed with non-celiac gluten intolerance baked goods became a thing of the past for me and both my kids. I gave up on anything made with flour, however being the perpetual stubborn person I am I was and still convinced that there is a way to have awesome gluten free baked goods. So, I set out to find and tweak recipes to give them the non-gluten free taste and texture. If I'm selling it, I assure you I've eaten it and approve of the quality, taste and texture. In addition, I mix all my own flours and keep costs as low as possible. I'm always working on new items and recipes. If you don't see something that you've been craving just send me a message. I just might be working on a recipe for it.
