New Gluten-Free Almond Flour Protein Plus Pizza Crust
• 61g protein (11”) and 50g protein (10”) per crust

We are happy to announce our new gluten-free Almond Flour Protein Plus pizza crust with 61 grams of protein per 11” crust, 50 grams per 10” crust and 18 grams per 6" crust. After talking to several of the pizza companies I will tag below, there was more interest in a high protein crust. So, we did some testing and enhanced our original recipe with whey protein powder. We are extremely happy that it had no effect on the taste of our crust. While this version is no longer Paleo or Vegan, it is still an extremely healthy crust.
Our crust has only clean ingredients and can truly be marketed towards the healthy lifestyle consumers and anyone looking to add more protein to their diet. Our product is rich in flavor, egg-free, low in carbohydrates, extremely high in protein, free from unhealthy additives and no unnecessary fillers.
Our new gluten-free Almond Flour Protein Plus pizza crust presents an opportunity to establish a new revenue stream by appealing to consumers seeking healthier alternatives. Consider the potential of marketing to health-conscious consumers by offering a healthy pizza crust option with an extremely high protein content.

Since one of our biggest hurdles is explaining to these large pizza corporations that there is a huge need for a healthy pizza option on all their menus. They don’t understand that they are missing out on a huge population of people that try to eat for a healthier lifestyle. Please help us out by sharing this post and tagging your favorite large pizza company that you think needs to add our crust to their menu. If we could convince companies like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, or Papa Johns that they need a healthy pizza alternative on their menu it would benefit a larger group of people looking for that healthier option.
