Lots of tea was had, and most of it was incredible except for a white-passing matcha that I literally had to throw awayšŸ„€šŸ„€ And will someone please teach coffee shop workers that you canā€™t use a single teabag for every size cup?? They wouldnā€™t dare use the same amount of coffee grounds for different batch sizes. Tea is not a second class citizen ā€¼ļø

We were blessed with mostly sun and pleasant temps the entire trip. It was actually borderline CHILLY with the breeze, which is a bizarre experience in August for a Southerner. Iā€™m not sure what I miss more - the public transit options, or the lack of mosquitoes and oppressive humidity.

And bc god smiles upon us, our last day was the beginning of Burger Week, which means we got to try some insane burgers for $10 a pop. The Garlic Knot won my heart, but The Maple Barger (yes thatā€™s the correct spelling) was much better than I expected.
