I get to be part of the RECIPE for hope! Every group I work with is filled we the desire to step out of their comfort zone and make themselves, their communities and their world better! Do you know a young person who wants to be part of this?? There are programs for New Hampshire students which are high school credit bearing, programs for people from all over the country and all over the world! All programs are free but rigorous and life-changing!

You want to learn how to make some of my recipes. Come try some of the offerings this weekend and then schedule your private or group class! I’m making Tuscan Kale soup featuring farm produce, New England Calm Chowder, Chuna Sandwiches, Tofu Egg Salad, and Blueberry-Lemon Muffuns! Come by the pop-up this Sunday, 12-4. We sold out last time so get there early!

We had a great time at our first Pop-up ! An all vegan pop-up at the most beautiful farm with the most beautiful owners! Besides our tent almost blowing down (rookie mistake) we served up all kinds of yummy stuff like CHUNA sandwiches, Tofu “egg” salad, Nachos, and Spanakopita. There were lots of great vendors as well! This pop-up runs once a month. Follow to come to the next one!

Got to hang out with these lovelies , got some vegan cheese Wiz from , ate a (okay 2) giant subs from , picked up some delicious treats on a quick trip to Providence last weekend. What a super vegan-friendly city. I will be back!
