We just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who came out to see us this weekend!!! One of our most favorite things about doing these pop-up events is seeing your sweet faces and getting to visit with our people!!! We truly have the most special community here in our little town of Kingsville and we are so thankful to be a part of it! We hope y’all enjoyed every bite!

Tomorrow’s menu lineup will consist of beef Dino ribs, beef back rib plates, Javelina twinkies, sandwiches, tacos, and lots of sides! We’ll be featuring smoked barbacoa & smoked mollejas on our smoked tallow flour tortillas with our scratch made salsa & pico de gallo!

Here’s our menu for Saturday’s 𝑩𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅 & 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆 𝑳𝑳𝑪 pop-up market 🛍️ at Ultra Screen Printing and More! We will have beef back ribs in limited quantities so come early! We do have some beef Dino ribs as well and you can pre-order to secure yours (click the link at the top of our page for pre-order site)!! We’re making plenty of brisket so if you missed out on brisket last time we’ll get you fixed up, but come early!!

Sunday we’ll be featuring a different menu with some South Texas favorites like smoked barbacoa & smoked mollejas, house pico de gallo, house salsa, and our smoked tallow flour tortillas 😍. We’ll also have brisket and pork options as well as our sides! We’ll be posting that menu Saturday evening!

We’re excited to be setting up not just one, but TWO days in a row for this event this weekend!!! 🤩

We’ll have a full spread of all our usuals including beef Dino ribs 🍖!! We also scored some beautiful beef back ribs so we’ll be adding those to our Saturday lineup as well! Sunday we’ll be featuring smoked barbacoa, you don’t want to miss out on that!!!!
