Look what you are missing out on Interlochen!!! Get up here to the Interlochen Farmers Market and come taste our brand new Cheesecake Pancakes!!! Bake Shop Betty’s whipped up some amazing cheesecake cream……I want to just eat it with a spoon!!! So we figured why not put it on some pancakes or waffle sticks!!

So first up is our Cherry Bomb (I forgot the cherries so we subbed strawberries) we topped some mini pancakes with some cheesecake cream, put some strawberries on top, drizzled some cherry syrup, chocolate syrup and white chocolate syrup then topped with whipped cream and graham crackers!

Second up is our Cookie Monster Crunch….mini pancakes with cheesecake cream, topped with Oreo cookies, white chocolate and chocolate syrup whipped cream and sprinkles!!

We are here until 7!!

We have some VERY exciting news!

Batter Up Buttercup will be at the Interlochen Farmer's Market every Thursday from 2-7 PM and every Sunday from 9-2 PM throughout the summer. On Friday and some Saturdays, you can find us at Cadillac Vets Serving Vets Farmers Market from 9-2. Watch for Saturday updates on where we will be!!

We are so grateful to be part of a community that values quality, consistency, and the small businesses that put in the work year after year. Consistency never goes out of style and there is no substitute for showing up.

Sweet heat. Crunch. Chaos.

The Cornbread Crunch Loaded Corn Dog is straight-up Batter Up Buttercup food obsession.

A hot, crispy corn dog loaded with melty cheese, drizzled with golden honey, then buried under crunchy Flaming Hot Cheetos and fresh green onions for the perfect salty-sweet kick (we didn’t use onions on this one).

It starts buttery and savory, then the honey slides in, the heat wakes everything up, and the Cheeto crunch finishes the job like edible fireworks. Sticky fingers are basically guaranteed.

This isn’t “grab a snack” food.
This is “I’m thinking about it again before I even finish it” food.

Well… Sunday didn’t quite go as planned. Our generator decided it had flipped its last pancake and called it a day, so we had to shut down earlier than we wanted. ⚡

But don’t worry… Batter Up Buttercup will be back in St. Charles, IL with the griddle hot and ready.

We’ll be serving up the hot stuff made the way we do it
– fresh waffle sticks
– mini pancakes
– corn dogs
– our homemade batter
– and our homemade syrup poured right on top.
