Almost Finished in the bakery for the week. My 1st ever Mocha Tres Leche cake. Has a Nutella filling and a mascarpone mocha whipped cream frosting. Tres Leche means 3 milks, has sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and evaporated milk, flavored with vanilla and espresso spooned over the poked cake layers. Still have the final decorations to complete in the am.
Dulce de Leche cake filled with my homemade Dulce de Leche, and of course, frosted with a Dulce de Leche buttercream.
The final decorated Tres Leche cake.

Two designer cakes made this week. One is my special triple fudge marble with a buttery yellow cake swirled with my decadent chocolate fudge cake and the third swirl is a fudge ganache through the cake. It’s frosted with very vanilla buttercream, and my chocolate ganache buttercream. If you’ve never tried it; you should!
The second cake is also in the sugar skeleton design. It’s a moist yellow butter cake frosted with brown butter buttercream. The brown butter is such an amazing flavor!! It is filled with the brown butter buttercream as well as a caramel swirl.

Just finished these cute little baseball cupcakes, 15 chocolate and 15 vanilla. Believe it or not I’m just not fast and it took me like 5 1/2 hours to decorate these but it’s aprox 360 laces/stitches and the chocolates are double frosted with my chocolate ganache frosting and then the vanilla frosting which I had to smooth out so very time-consuming, but I think they came out cute.
