Today was all about getting these beauties baked, cooled, and covered with my signature cream cheese icing before they head out to some awesome customers. 😍

There’s nothing better than watching warm cinnamon rolls meet fresh icing. That first swirl is always my favorite part. 🤤

This is the part I look forward to every time.

My signature cream cheese icing is made from scratch with cream cheese, butter, vanilla, honey, and just a touch of Kahlúa and Baileys to help create the flavor it’s become known for. 🍯☕ (An alcohol-free version is always available upon request!)

It’s smooth, rich, and made fresh for every batch—because these cinnamon rolls deserve nothing less. 😋

Now it’s time to let the oven do its thing, and before long these orders will be headed out the door! 🌀🔥

This is one of my favorite parts of the process.

Before these cinnamon rolls go into the oven, each one gets a brush of heavy cream. 🥛✨ It’s a simple step, but it’s one of the little things that helps create those soft, gooey centers and tender layers I love.

No shortcuts.
No frozen dough.
Just fresh, hand-kneaded dough made to order and a little extra attention to every pan. ❤️

I’m finishing up this week’s orders before I head out of town July 11th–19th, and I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for all the support you’ve shown Self Made Cinnamon Co. It means more than you know.

Butter’s out, dough is mixed, and the first batches are proofing. 🍞✨

I’m getting all of this week’s orders finished before I head out of town July 11th–19th. Every batch is still made fresh to order and hand-kneaded from start to finish—just the way I’ve always done it. 👨‍🍳🤎
