☕️ WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL. ❤️ Pax Downtown

We’re hiring a COFFEE SHOP MANAGER — and we’re not just looking for someone who can make coffee, run a shift, or check a box on a résumé.

We’re looking for a GOOD HUMAN. Someone with a good heart, a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for people.

Someone who understands that our coffee shop is more than a place to grab a latte. It’s a part of our community. It’s where people meet, celebrate, catch up, work, laugh, and sometimes just need a friendly face to brighten their day.

✨ We need someone who:
• Can work a variety of shifts
• Is dependable and takes ownership
• Leads by example
• Treats customers and coworkers with kindness and respect
• Brings positive energy, even on the hard days
• Can handle responsibility and keep things moving
• Wants to grow with a small, local business
• Has a HEART for hospitality

We’re building something we’re incredibly proud of, and we want someone who wants to be part of that story, not just punch a clock.

If you’re that person — or you know someone who is — we’d love to meet you. ❤️

📩 Message us directly to apply or learn more.

Come be part of our little corner of the community. ☕️

Espresso shots pulling. Steam wand hissing. Cups hitting the counter right on beat. It’s just another day behind the bar at PAX.

Now all that’s missing is you on the other side of the counter.

Stop by PAX Coffee Shop for your favorite drink, good people, and a place you’ll want to come back to. 🤎

What makes a coffee shop your favorite?

Is it the coffee?
The atmosphere?
The people?
Or the feeling you get the moment you walk through the door?

At PAX, we believe a great café is about more than what’s in your cup. It’s a place to slow down, catch up with friends, get some work done, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.

Come see what makes PAX feel like home. ☕️

📍 Stop by and experience it for yourself.
