Had a great adventure in New York. We catered a corporate retreat at a lovely house in Long Island. Chef Damion and his amazing Sous Chef made meals for the whole group over 3 fabulous days.

Had a great opportunity to provide dinner for all the teachers and staff at Stow-Munroe Falls Highschool and parent-teacher conference night. Thanks to the PTSA for making sure no one went hungry on a long day for teachers and staff.

Had a great evening at Ivana’s daughters birthday party. Roasted a whole lamb and Chef Damion carved it on site. We had a great time and many compliments. Served chicken shawarma skewers, roasted red skin potatoes, piccata pasta w/ Portabella mushrooms, and a roasted vegetable medley.
