Barbecue is at the heart of this sandwich. Smoked brisket piled onto a sesame baguette with Gruyère, crispy fried chicken skin, chili relish, onions and aioli. Layers of smoke, crunch, richness and a little heat make it unmistakably ours.

Recently, stopped by to try our brisket steak & cheese, and shared that if you’re craving something different, our steak and cheese is one of the more interesting versions he’s come across.

Yesterday at Arcadia Farm, Charles helped his dad handing out savory cannoli: a crisp chicken skin shell, chicken liver mousse, pistachio dukkah, and date mostarda.

Same hands, a generation apart. Thank you to everyone who came out to eat with us!

Cause we don’t like the simple life… especially when it comes to cheeseburgers. 🍔

For National Cheeseburger Day, we’re going all in with our ½ lb smoked Angus patty, beef bacon, bone marrow butter, burger sauce, and plenty of cheese.

Simple burger? Couldn’t be us.

Smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, melty Gruyère and S&S Russian dressing, stacked on sourdough rye made in-house. The bread is cut just thick enough to hold everything together, while the rye and seeds bring out the rich, smoky flavors in every bite.
