We’re all ready for more sunshine and 70-degree days.

Chef Eric is already in it, first fiddleheads of the season landing on the plate like a warning shot.

Then a grilled bone-in pork chop with a maple (from his families farm) glaze.

Sweet parsnips from rounding it out like they belong here (they do).
