Nicola's Pasta Fresca Nicola's Pasta Fresca is artisanal handmade pasta company. Chef Nicola has been cooking and making pasta with his grandmother since he was a young boy.

He hand rolls and shapes all of his pasta selections. He also uses all local ingredients. Fresh pasta reminiscent of those made in Italy. The freshest quality eggs, dairy, and produce come directly from local farmers.All pastas are made from scratch and then hand rolled.
